The Beef Shank for two is a locally sourced Thousand Guineas Short Horn from Hahndorf and comes to the table in abundance.
With a range of roasted veggies on the side, the generous serve leaves you feeling like you need to unbutton your pants but paired perfectly with a wine flight STAY CLASSY!
The three blends from boutique South Australian producers include a Spinifex Grenache/Cinsault, Robert Johnson Merlot/Cabernet/Sangiovese and Grand Casino Malbec/Cabernet.
Other amazing options on the menu include Braised Carrot and Beef Tenderloin.
The final month of the series will see unique Venison and Vale on the menu for August.
