Chris Dawson Facing Court To Decide Whether He Will Be Granted Bail

Chris Dawson is facing court this following his arrest in relation to missing Sydney woman Lyn Dawson.
He will be back in court at 11.45am (Queensland time) to decide whether he can or will be granted bail.
The court heard that Chris wants to stay with his brother in New South Wales, where he is set to be extradited.
He said he will surrender himself to police there, and does not deem himself to be a flight risk.
According to our journalist in the courtroom, Chris is wearing a tan t-shirt and green shorts.
He looks "calm and composed in the dock, and somewhat solemn".
The court is waiting for the magistrate to return.
