Charlotte Caslick, Shelley Watts & Shout-Outs For Some Incredible Ladies

International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8 annually. 

This year's campaign theme is #BalanceforBetter aiming for a more gender-balanced world. Celebrate women's achievement. Raise awareness against bias. Take action for equality.

To celebrate Cass and Bodge had some sensational ladies on the show.

Rugby Sevens Royalty, Charlotte Caslick had a message to share for young girls around the Mid North Coast. 

Mid North Coast Royalty, Shelley Watts, talks on the importance of women lifting each other up and taught Cass and Bodge some valuable life lessons. 

It's not often Bodge gets mushy...but when it comes to his Sister Hannah, he did, just a little. 

It was the day of shout-out's to some special ladies. 

Cass spoke about the biggest inspiration in her life.
