Car Drops 10m Onto Maroubra Beach After Crashing Through Barrier

In breaking news, a car has ended up on the sand at Maroubra beach after driving through a barrier.

Early reports suggest that the car fell roughly 10 metres.

There are currently nine crews on the scene, with two patients believed to be in the car.

According to NSW Ambulance, there was one male and one female inside the car at the time of the crash.

One person is currently trapped inside, with the other person thrown from the car during the fall.
