Can you be fined for eating while driving?

It has been a topic all week that has been murky waters for drivers after news of a woman being fined for eating while driving emerged.

Can you cop a fine for eating while operating a vehicle? Well in this instance, the woman was eating a bowl of cereal which is a bit ridiculous, but still people were getting concerned.

A few questions popped up of why there are drive thru's if this is the case and should we even have cup holders!

These questions are a tad ridiculous we think. So JB decided to get to the bottom of it at a local level by catching up with the Mount Isa Senior Sargeant Renae Hanrahan.
