According to Fire & Rescue NSW, crews are on the scene of the collapse on Underwood Road, Homebush.
A wall has reportedly collapsed onto a driveway and powerlines have been brought down.
Crews are establishing an exclusion zone and assessing damage.
It is believed that the collapse has happened near the DFO carpark, with evacuation proceedings underway.
