This week Bronte & Sam are getting behind Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Awareness Week, and Clinical Psychologist and CEO of PANDA, Julie Borninkhof, joined the show to talk about the importance of this issue and how you can get involved.

For the 100,000 Aussie families who are affected by perinatal anxiety and depression each year, the road to parenthood can be overwhelming.

PANDA operates as the country's online National Helpline for this illness, which affects up to 1 in 5 expecting or new mums and 1 in 10 expecting or new dads.

Find out more about PANDA Week from Julie in the catch up below...

Perinatal Anxiety & Depression is a serious illness that affects thousands of families across Australia, with PANDA data revealing that perinatal anxiety and depression, if left untreated, can have devastating consequences for the whole family unit.

If you need help, or want to learn more about how to give help, head to the PANDA website.

Bronte & Sam are also hoping to bring families closer and back to the dining table with a Family Feast. Click HERE for a chance to score your family a delicious meal with Bronte & Sam!
