The annual event will be held on Sunday 31 March 2019 and all funds raised will directly support young children with autism in Toowoomba, who are receiving vital early intervention therapy and care at AEIOU Foundation

With local students from Toowoomba Grammar leading the way in event and volunteer registrations, AEIOU encourages the local community to follow in their footsteps and join the movement. By walking just a few short kilometres with family, friends or even the family dog, their participation is a engaging way to demonstrate the inclusive and supportive community Toowoomba is renowned for. There will also be a celebration barbecue at the finish line!

There are four distance options to choose from: 21km, 10.5km, 5km, and for the first time, a 1km DASH for little ones under 10. The event starts and finishes at Queens Park, Corner of Margaret and Hume Streets, Toowoomba. For more information or to register, visit www.takeahike.org.au
