Bam Bam Bakehouse's new dessert is about to steal a piece of your TART!
Dessert dynasty, Bam Bam Bakehouse have teamed up with Australia's favourite sugar supplier, CSR sugar to bring you the most mouth-watering Crème Brûlée Tart you'll ever have the pleasure of sinking your teeth into.
The limited time, winter dessert is baked with a handful of CSR's boutique sugars to bring you a golden pastry shell, filled with a vanilla laced, crème brûlée custard and topped off with caramelised CSR Demerara Sugar to bring dessert lovers that little bit of extra crunch.
The man behind the brûlée, Head Pastry Chef Aurelio Gulino is thrilled to be working with the CSR sugar veterans to bring hungry Gold Coasters the limited edition, melt-in-your-mouth tart.
