Convicted Bali Nine drug smuggler Renae Lawrence is due to face a sentence hearing for her role in a 2005 high-speed stolen car chase involving NSW police.
Her lawyer entered guilty pleas on behalf of the 41-year-old in Newcastle Local Court in January.
According to court documents, Lawrence has been suffering from anxiety and depression since her return to Australia in November last year, following her release from a Bali prison where she spent 13 years for drug smuggling.
She had been facing charges of car theft, driving unlicensed, exceeding the speed limit by 40 km/h and failing to stop for police before she travelled to Bali in April 2005.
Lawrence is listed for a sentence hearing on Tuesday.
