Spring is in the air and so is pollen. This is bad news for hay fever sufferers and those with asthma. In fact, more people than ever have Asthma!

A whopping one in nine people have asthma, which is huge as we step into pollen season. What makes it worse is 80% of those with asthma also suffer from hay fever.

Even after the dreaded flu peak season, there's still plenty of people being hospitalised who are suffering with the change of season. 

What makes it even harder, is that hay fever and asthma symptoms are very similar. You might experience symptoms such as, itchy or watery eyes, sneezing or a blocked nose...just to name a few. Hay fever symptoms which aren't managed well can unfortunately cause asthma flareups.
