An Igloo Winter Wonderland Dining Experience Is Coming To Glenelg

It may be wet and freezing outside, but that doesn’t mean the pop-up bars have to stop!

Getting into the theme of things, a popular dining experience in Europe is making it’s way down under, and The Mosley in Glenelg is the first to take part.

What is this dining experience?

Devouring a delicious winter feast (mulled wine, hot chocolates, cheese fondue etc.) with your best friends in an igloo!

The Mosley have been hinting at the winter pop-up for some time now, but yesterday’s post sealed the deal.

Taking to social media, the Glenelg beach club wrote:

“Taking inspiration from European winter, we have something exciting coming to The Moseley! Winter cocktails by the fire, or a banquet dinner with friends - we'll have something for everyone. #COMINGSOON”

“Winter is coming... Hot chocolates, mulled wine and winter eats by the fire in a cosy little space, that's what we'll be doing soon at The Moseley,” they wrote in a separate post.

“Red wine by the fire, the perfect way to do winter. That's exactly how we will be spending the colder months at The Moseley... we can't wait to share with you what's coming.”

Last month, a bar in Sydney transformed their venue into a Winter Wonderland, complete with igloos during the Vivid Light Festival. So we’re thinking it could be something like this…

Although we don't know exactly when the igloos will arrive, we do know that construction for the popup is underway!
