Absolute Scorcher: Temperates Will Hit Close To 50°C In South Australia Today

Somehow it’s getting even HOTTER today across the state, with temperatures set to soar close to 50°C in some regional towns, but the uncomfortable conditions are not expected to last.
The Bureau of Meteorology has forecast a top of 41°C in Adelaide today, while temperatures in the state's north will push into the mid-to-high 40s.
Oodnadatta can expect 47°C temps, while Oak Valley is tipped to have a sizzling top of 49°C!
Thankfully, the bureau says a cooler change will move through on Friday morning.
Adelaide should have a top of 35°C on Friday with the mercury dipping to he mid-20s for both Saturday and Sunday.
