A very lazy pizza scam...that actually worked

Josh watched 'Coming 2 America' over the weekend and enjoyed it (so check it out on Amazon Prime).
One of the things he did do was order some pizza. Josh is a huge fan of delivery pizza - it is the Rolls Royce of takeaway.
Josh read a story out of New Zealand about a guys who used illegal credit card numbers and fake names to order a lot of $$$ worth of pizza. You'll never guess what he used for his fake names.
