"A Seafood Smorgasbord" Promised From Townsville Man For Abandoned Pelican

Miss Peggy, an abandoned pelican was eating her carer out of house and home until listener Bec's Dad came to the rescue! 

North Queensland Wildlife Carer Helen put the call out that help was needed to keep up with the demand of Miss Peggy's diet, and luckily Bec's Dad was listening to Hit 103.1 while Cliffo & Gabi mentioned it. 

He asked Bec to play messenger and help to organise it all, so Cliffo & Gabi were stoked to catch up with Bec today to find out how the local prawn trawler fisherman was going to help Miss Peggy.
