If you're a fan of flamingos, then why not consider a career change and become the Chief Flamingo Officer at this idyllic resort?!

Baha Mar, a luxury resort in the Bahamas, needs a new CFO to take care of their feathered residents and yes, this is a real job!

The resort is advertising the position on their website with an advert that says,"Baha Mar’s Chief Flamingo Officer serves as a working supervisor for all flamingo areas, collaborating with the Avian Curator, other Avian Managers and Aviculturist staff.

"This position oversees the day to day operations of the flamingo collections and the staff that work in those areas to create a Beach Sanctuary experience that will leave a lasting impression on guests."

The new officer will work alongside Baha Mar's chief scientist Vanessa Haley-Benjamin who runs the Baha Mar Ecological, Aquatic Conservation Habitat Sanctuary (BEACH Sanctuary) at the resort.

The sanctuary is dedicated to preserving a variety of wildlife in the area, including those beautiful flamingos.

Now, before you go and quit your job, you do need a degree in zoology or a related field to apply for the position, as well as some experience working with exotic birds.

If you have, looks like you could be spending your days hanging out with flamingos at a five-star resort all day!
