This morning on Em, Grant & Ed, they spoke to Paul Brady, co-owner of Tender Gourmet Butchery at Macquarie Centre, who are famous for their pork, truffle and provolone cheese sausages…

They are so famous that they won world’s best at the World Butchers’ Challenge in Belfast in March.
