2019 Toowoomba Tackle Flu FREE Clinics
Being held at Toowoomba PCYC
Three “Tackle Flu Clinics” will be held this year at the following times:
WHEN: FRIDAY 3, 10 & 17 MAY 2019
WHERE: TOOWOOMBA PCYC
TIME: 10AM - 12PM
These will be the ONLY dates & times that the clinics will be held in Toowoomba, the shirt you will receive is on the poster.
To be eligible for you must present to one of the clinics and identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and you need to be 15 years over to receive your free flu shot & deadly shirt.
