2004 was a great year. We had So Fresh blasting through our CD players, it was the year Facebook was founded, and Napoleon Dynamite hit our screens for the first time (of many).

But there were darker times through the year of 2004 that we've done our best to forget. One of these was Salad Fingers; a creepy, green, slenderman lookalike with a thing for rusty spoons.

And yet after 14 years of silence, the creator and animator David Firth just hit 1,000,000 Youtube subscribers. Honestly, we don't understand how or why this milestone has been reached, but it has. And to celebrate the occasion, Firth released an all new Salad Fingers episode that will literally send shivers down your spine!

The good news is, it's come back just in time for Halloween, which means it's socially acceptable to walk around the streets dressed to depress as a 2004 tribute to the creature that ended all of our childhoods. What a time to be alive!
