Australian Ninja Warrior is still our favourite show, you can probably tell that though since we talk about it ALL THE TIME!

It's a great show for the whole family to enjoy, with ordinary Aussies showing their strength and agility on the obstacle courses and hopefully, making it to the Grand Final and becoming Australia's first Ninja Warrior.

This morning, Hit105's Stav, Abby and Matt spoke to the "Deadly Ninja", Jack Wilson, about the show and he revealed that he trains for about "2 hours a day" and said that if you're a rock climber, you've got a very good chance of beating those crazy courses!

According to him, training for the show is all about being light and lean, because muscle will just slow you down:
