If you’re up to date with The Bachelor, you’ll probably agree that last night’s episode was a little… intense.

It was kind of like a train wreck - you don’t want to watch, but you can’t look away.

In every season we tend to see the same stereotypical personalities, from the unofficial commentator to the favourite to the villains. And this year’s villains seem to be taking their roles VERY seriously.

If you're not watching The Bachelor, the particular villain in question is Romy.

Essentially Romy bullied another girl – Tenielle – to meltdown point simply for the fun of it. And it’s arguable that maybe Tenielle overreacted a little, or maybe the video editing took out crucial info, but the fact of the matter is that Tenielle was genuinely shook by the bullying, and Josiah & Elly aren’t standing for it.

Josiah stated that the behaviour was an unfortunate reflection on society and schoolgrounds today, adding, “Maybe you’re a bully, maybe you’re being bullied. What you saw last night, it’s not on.”

Elly agreed, and spefically addressed school kids who might be victims to bullying, saying, “This isn’t real life, you know, don’t think that it’s not going to get better because these women are in their twenties and thirties and still doing this to each other. It’s not okay, and I think that the Bachelor kind of let us all down in that respect last night by turning it into entertainment and making it into drama.”

So kids, just because you see something on TV doesn’t make it alright. Hear the full conversation below, and let us know what you thought of the episode.
