Quitting is one of the hardest processes a smoker can go through, but it’s also one that saves lives… and suffering through cravings is a whole lot better than suffering through the life-ending illnesses that come along with the habit.
Speaking with Heidi, Xavier & Ryan this morning, 29-year-old Perth mum Levi explained how a video of her daughter simply asking “Mummy, please stop smoking or you’ll die” changed her life.
Every time Levi would get a craving, she would watch the video and has now been smoke-free for an entire year!
