Everyone is in shock this morning after the news Anthony Mundine walked from ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’ overnight.

The champion boxer reportedly quit the show after doing the infamous Viper Room challenge, which is undoubtedly one of the most confronting trials on the show. It sees the contestants locked in a box with snakes. In previous seasons, stars who have completed the task include Ash Pollard and Laurina Fleure.

The show’s host Dr Chris Brown called into the Fifi, Fev & Byron to talk about the news, saying the reasons for Mundine’s exit was still unknown. Support was offered but it couldn’t stop him from packing his things. Brown suggested Mundine, dubbed ‘The Man’, may have expected things to go his way on set.

After Brendan Fevola was thrown into the mix last week when he accused Mundine’s rivalry with Danny Green to be fake, he teased the ex-Bondi Vet star and asked whether they had an interaction.

“Apparently they had a big chat,” Brown revealed, “Apparently Danny has really broken down the relationship… exactly where they're at. You’ll hear the story about that.”

Afterwards, Fifi, Fev & Byron co-host Fifi Box playfully asked Brown if Fevola had any friends left in the jungle after the chat. Brown cheekily said no, and revealed Fev’s title of ‘King of the Jungle’ had been scratched off the ‘Honour Board’.
