Johnathan Thurston is about to play his final game of NRL, so we're taking a trip down memory lane.
This week we're saying #ThanksJT by featuring a range of guests to talk all things Thursto.
Earlier this week we found Grant, who has built an incredible JT sculpture, and now we've spoken with the guy who got JT in Cowboys colours in the first place, Peter Parr!
"The thing that we always loved about Johnathan back then, and probably the same now is that things always happen around him. He always created points, he always helped stopped them. Every time that something happened in a game, he was front and centre," says Peter on why JT was signed.
And if you're worried that JT is jetting away from Townsville- Peter promises he's hanging around town!
