Meet The Port Macquarie Student Helping Young Women Access Formal-Wear

There is a new way for women on the Mid North Coast to donate unwanted or unneeded formal wear to young women who cannot afford or do not have access to clothing appropriate for formal events, such as high school formals.

17 year old Port Macquarie student, Chelsea, has created the Facebook page 'Cinderella's Gift Port Macquarie' to assist in young women in being able to access these outfits. It is also fast becoming a very popular way to help de-clutter the wardrobe, with Chelsea now storing over 200 dresses in her garage.

There is a 'try on' day coming up on the 21st of July, where there will be an opportunity to book a discreet appointment to try from a range of dresses and formal wear.
