While discussing National Day Of Action against bullying and violence in Australia this morning, Angus revealed he himself used to be a part of a group in school who bullied a fellow student- a time in his life he deeply regrets.
"I was a bully," he revealed to co-hosts Amos and Cat.
"I was a part of the group mob that did it, his name was Matt, and I contacted him about two years ago, and sincerely apologised for that."
"And I got a message back which lifted a weight off my shoulders."
"For ten years I'd been living with a deep regret."
"I thought, God I could've been better in that circumstance and something I want to carry onto my kids, is that you can be that person who says, hey guys stop this!"
