After a Sydney woman fought with Optus for over six months over a $29 bill that her mother had incurred, Amos put the callers out to listeners to see just what small amounts people have dug their heels in over.
Our callers took the fight to the next level – Elissa called and told how her mate even wrote a letter to avoid paying 13 cents for carbon offset, 13 cents?! Michael battled with a parking fine that started at $67 and got it down to 89 cents and still refused to pay it. And Vince’s $15 fine escalated to $2,000, luckily it was fought in court, but he still had to pay the $15!
We’ve all been there!!!! It’s about the principle!
What’s the smallest amount you’ve fought over??
