The house renovated by last year’s Block fan favourites, Sticks & Wombat, is currently back up for sale!
The house located in Elsternwick, Melbourne, has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and was originally sold for $2.65 million. Now, it’s been listed for $2.65 to $2.75 million.
Listing agent Peter Kakos told Domain the original buyers were intending to move to Melbourne, however, plans have changed, and the property is now back up for auction.
“With the hype of the show, with five of them going at one time, I think potentially a little bit of the magic was lost on this one. I think people realise now, ‘Gee, it actually offers so much’.”
The property is set to go to auction on September 16th, with a site viewing open this Thursday, August 23rd.
