Accepting a role on Game of Thrones is almost like signing a death wish agreement; you know your time is coming, you just don't know when... or how bloody it'll be.
Season six of Game of Thrones was indeed a tragic season to say the least. While Hodor took home the obvious gold for 'most tears shed by viewers over character's death', Queen Margaery was a close second.
She was a character so pure, just and beautiful, you constantly questioned if she was going to turn out to be evil... but she. never. did - she was only ever kind and damn R. R. Martin had to kill her off in a red-wedding-esque scene!
Anywho, appearing on the Jonathan Ross Show, Natalie Dormer, who played Margaery Tyrell, spoke about how she found out her character was getting killed off the show.
And, if you're naive enough to think that you get sat down and handed a bowl of chocolate ice cream first, sorry but you're dead wrong.
"It's normally a phone call right before the time, but I sort of got ahead of the game," she said.
"I was badgering the creators the year before to release me for a couple of days... and Dan and David, the creators of the show, called me and said, 'Sorry Nat, we're not going to release you, you're going to have to shoot next year but don't worry darling, we're killing you next year.'"

Also, if this was a spoiler for anyone... Sorry, but you ARE two entire seasons behind now.
