If you're having a bit of a stressful day, trying to get all of your work done before you start your Christmas break, we suggest taking a moment to watch a sweet video of Hugh Jackman.

Earlier this morning, Hugh appeared on Sunrise alongside his The Greatest Showman co-stars Zac Efron and Zendaya to have a chat about the movie and also, meet a few of his biggest fans.

One fan who came out to see him was Nana Mary and this video of them meeting for the first time will just make your day!

Sam Armytage walked with Hugh past a sea of screaming fans to find Mary patiently waiting for them behind a pillar.

As soon as he crouched down next to her, the first thing that Nana Mary wanted to know was, "can I touch you?"

She told Hugh that she is currently living in a nursing home and that everyone who lives there with her, as well as the staff, love him just as much as she does.

"I'm in a nursing home and I've got your picture plastered all over my walls.

"And the nurses and everybody agree with me, that you're the most perfect man on God's earth."

Hugh said that he'd like to have that statement recorded so he could use it as his alarm clock because isn't that just the nicest thing ever?!

Nana Mary then went on to explain that her father, inspired by The Greatest Showman, ran away from home when he was 16 to join the circus.

It was there that he met Mary's mother, who was a bareback horse rider at the time, and they fell in love.

After their conversation ended, Hugh invited Mary and her family to the premiere of The Greatest Showman in Sydney.

Our words simply don't do this moment justice so maybe just watch their conversation here and let your heart melt.
