If you’ve ever wanted to get your hands on some items from the iconic Russell Crowe’s life, well, you may have just missed your chance...
Russell Crowe’s divorce auction went down yesterday and it was even streamed live on Facebook.
Needles to say, it’s one of the weirdest things ever, because it was also on Russell’s birthday.
The auction, aptly named ‘Russell Crowe: The Art Of Divorce’, was held by Sotheby’s Australia and featured amazing souvenirs from Russell’s career, from instruments to trinkets, sporting memorabilia, paintings, motor bikes, and jewellery he gave to his ex-wife, Danielle Spencer.
They split after nine years as a couple in 2012.
Here’s the weird mixture of wacky and wonderful things you could have gotten your hands on…
You won’t say Neigh to this
This rubber, faux fur and steel horse was from the set of Gladiator and could have been yours for between $2,000 to $4,000.
A Jock Strap… For protection
Drop $500 or $600 and you’ve got yourself the boxer’s protector from his film Cinderella Man.
The ‘Gladiator’ Chariot
This is legit from the film and we’re sure you’d love some memorabilia to put in your man/woman cave and pretend you’re in the movie…
If you’ve got a cool $5,000 to $10,000 lying around.
Muhammad Ali’s Face
A CAST of his face that is. Know a boxing fan who’d spend $1,200 on this?
Romper Stomper Boots
Yeahhh babyyy. Whoever spent $12,200 on these is a lucky human being.
The Master And Commander Uniform
Pretend you’re the captain of your own ship with this costume, straight from his film Master And Commander.
For an easy $35,000, we’re sure some fanatic is loving having this in their possession right now.
Okay, so it’s actually a mounted Mosasaur from the late Cretaceous Period and is apparently 65 million years old, so we think $40,000 is cheap chips for something o fancy…
It sold for $79,300, though…

They will leave you astonished.
