‘Dance Moms’ Star Abby Lee Miller Has Been Released From Prison Early

Abby Lee Miller has been released from prison early and transferred to a halfway house after serving just over seven months of her one year and a day sentence in a Federal Correctional Complex.

The dance mogul was charged with money laundering after illegally sneaking $120,000 into the States from her trip to Australia and hiding over $775,500 of income whilst filing for bankruptcy.

Now, Abby Lee has been released from prison after losing a massive 45kgs and is now in a halfway house where she will live under close supervision.

“You must refrain from any unlawful use of a controlled substance. You must submit to one drug test within 15 days of release from imprisonment and at least two periodic drug tests thereafter, as determined by the court,” court documents obtained by Us Weekly state.

“You must cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by the probation officer.”

We haven’t seen any pics of Abby Lee since leaving prison, however, she has posted this cheeky pic of Kermit sipping tea to her Insta-story, so it seems when she does step into the spotlight again, she may have something juicy to say.
