Blac Chyna has made explosive new claims of domestic violence from Rob Kardashian in court yesterday, winning her a temporary restraining order against her former fiancé.
The model has been granted a temporary restraining order, forbidding Rob from coming near her or posting about her online.
The order comes after Rob posted sexually explicit images of Chyna against her will on his Instagram, in an act of revenge porn, accusing her of cheating on him and only dating him for his money.
Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, stated, “As we have said all along, revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse. It is also a crime in California and 38 other states."
In her declaration, Chyna claimed that Rob swore at her in front of her 4-year-old son (whom she had with Tyga) and became violent when she tried to call his father.
“Rob immediately grabbed my phone and pushed me to the ground by aggressively shoving me by the side of my arm and hitting me on the side. I fell down from the blow to my side. I was sore and it hurt to walk."
The mother-of-two also claimed she has photos and video footage of the incident.
Speaking after her win, Chyna stated, "I would like to first and foremost thank the judge for granting me this restraining order to protect me. I'm just going to get back to co-parenting Dream.”
Rob’s attorney, Robert Shapiro, confirmed that Rob has accepted the order and is only concerned with “the health and welfare of the baby and both parents are going to work toward that goal."
Rob and Chyna became parents of baby Dream Kardashian in November, last year.
"I, personally, on Mr. Kardahsian's behalf apologised and offered our regrets as to what happened in the past couple of days. Now we move forward to do one thing and one thing only, whatever is in the best interest of the child."
Before entering court, Chyna appeared on Good Morning America where she opened up about the incident.
“I was devastated, of course. I’m like, ‘How could somebody, like, post these pictures of me?’ This is a person that I trusted. I just felt betrayed.
“He doesn’t respect me. So, if you can’t respect me you have to respect the law.”
She also hit back at claims she dated Rob just for his name and fortune, “I was already Blac Chyna before the Kardashians.”
Throughout this whole case, both have claimed physical and mental abuse from the other, so something tells us much more is happening behind the scenes.
