Everyone, meet Spike. Spike is a rather artistic stag beetle, who creates art to raise money for other stag beetles!
He uses his large antlers to hold his colourful texters and then he draws like the wind!
Obviously, Spike doesn't produce any artwork resembling anything in particular (he's a beetle, cut him some slack) but he sure does take a hard crack at it!
The tiny artist lives in Japan with his owner who introduced him to the industry and, of course, buys all of his supplies.
Some of Spike's artwork is being sold on eBay, with 15% of the proceeds going to People's Trust for Endangered Species, a group which works to protect the habitat of stag beetles.
His first finished work is currently bidding at $366US, but hey, if you really want this guy's work and a teeny tiny easel, then sacrifices must be made!
