Channel 7 Is Starting Its OWN Food Network So We Can Be The Next Gordon Ramsay Fox

Channel 7, the Aussie network responsible for blessing us with shows like Home And Away, has made a big decision to start its own food network!

They revealed the news at their Allfronts presentation yesterday, with the channel, 7food,  being solely dedicated to food content.

7food will be in partnership with Discovery, a giant U.S cable company, and is set to launch on December 1, 2018.

The channel is has been promised to deliver a mixture of content from the U.S and local produced Aussie programming.

So, what can you expect to watch?

Local Content:

  • Better Homes & Gardens
  • Zumbo’s Just Desserts
  • Manu’s American Road Trip
  • Aussie Barbecue Heroes
  • Even more...

Overseas Content:

  • Chopped
  • Iron Chef America
  • Restaurant: Impossible
  • Cutthroat Kitchen
  • Cake Wars

Apparently there’s no such thing as too many reality shows, so why should there be such a thing as too many food shows?
