An Australian gym owner has left a client stunned with their response following the member asking them to cancel their membership.
The client had been emailing the gym after they purchased a trial session which was not going to be honoured, which prompted them to ask the gym to terminate payments.
After many attempts to contact the owner of the gym, to no reply, the client then messaged the gym's Facebook page asking for confirmation their membership was cancelled.
This is the response they received;
Following the clients contact with the head office of the chain, they have responded saying they are ''horrified', will ensure ''it will not happen again'' and staff are being given 'extra customer service training immediately.'
The client has now been given a reward from the company for allowing them to investigate the matter.
