It hasn't been super easy to peel ourselves out of bed this week, and that's because IT'S THE COLDEST TOWNSVILLE HAS EVER BEEN...nearly.
The coldest day in Townsville's history was 4.4 degrees on June 20 in 1995.
Our coldest day so far this month AND this year was JUST warmer than that on 6.3 degrees on June 19.
Temperatures will increasingly warm up at this week continues and cloudy conditions will move in as well.
We could even see some showers later this week, so keep your hoodie close by!
