What is better than a free morning workout? That would be one with Michelle Bridges!
From 30th April - 6th May, The Black Dog are challenging all Australians to take on an hour a week to boost mental and physical health.
A recent study led by the Black Dog Institute found that one hour of exercise a week could prevent up to 12% of cases of depression.
And tomorrow we are in for a real treat, Exercise Your Mood week is kicking off with a FREE workout on led by fitness expert Michelle Bridges.
All you need to do is register online for free here and wear comfortable sneakers and active wear.
You might want to bring a water bottle and towel along too.
