A three-year-old girl was mauled by two Rottweilers last night in the Blue Mountains.
It is believed that the two Rottweilers were being searched for by rangers in NSW.
The young girl was playing in the backyard of a family members home in Hazelbrook when she was bitten by the dogs.
According to reports, she suffered severe facial injuries and was then taken to Westmead Children’s Hospital after being treated at the scene.
This morning it is being reported that the little girl is now in a stable condition.
Nine News has said that the little girl was being supervised at the time and it is understood that the dogs belonged to her cousin’s partner who states that the dogs are not violent.
Rangers have since seized the dogs.
