These 4 Sydney Suburbs Are The ONLY Affordable Ones For First Home Buyers

Back in 2000, there were 51 suburbs considered affordable for first home buyers. But now, there are only four left.

Willmot, Tregear, Emerton and Lethbridge Park are a small cluster of suburbs in Sydney’s west that have a median price on par with the general amount first-home buyers spend on a property.

The typical amount spent on a first home is $466,353 while Sydney’s median house price is way higher, sitting at $1.1 million.
