Our faves over at Made By The Hill have teamed up with Chur Burger and created Sydney's hottest burger and OHHHH BOY.
Say hello to the Chur Burger Ring of Fire Challenge, a Challenge that you may wanna have a chaser with!
Chur Burger's head chef Scott Shaw created the dish with a succulent beef patty drenched in extremely hot chilli seasoning, the burger is then topped with loads of Habanero Cheese, freshly sliced Jalapenos and Carolina Reaper slices and confit, which is officially the Worlds Hottest Pepper (as ranked by Guiness Records), as well an extra thick layer of cheese and chilli for good measure.
And if that’s not hot enough, an overly generous lashing of “Hot as Hell Sauce” is smothered on top with a little slaw dressed in a hot aioli sauce (of course) on the side.
The Ring of Fire Burger will cost $17 and will come with a tumbler of “sweet relief” milk (thank God).
Are you brave enough for this?
The Chur Burger Ring of Fire Challenge starts in store on Friday 23rd February for a very, hot, limited time!
More information, check out their website here.
The question is can Sydney handle the extreme heat and all of this meat? Will those brave enough to venture to Made By The Hill make the Wall of Fame or the Wall of Shame? Only time will tell.
CAUTION: This burger is so freakin' hot it comes with it’s own health warning. The Ring of Fire should not be consumed by pregnant women, children, or those with high blood pressure, heart, stomach or bowl conditions. If unsure, please consult your health professional before trying. The Ring of Fire contains Carolina Reaper slices and confit. Carolina Reaper has been measured at 1,569,300 Scoville Heat Units (that’s insanely hot!)
