A six-year-old boy has been left with serious head injuries after he was hit by a car while crossing the road in Sydney’s West.
The accident took place at around 8pm last night.
According to Nine News, an ambulance was called to Regents Park to assist a young boy suffering serious head and facial injuries following a collision.
The child was instantly taken to The Children’s Hospital in Westmead.
He is currently in a serious, but stable condition.
The male driver was taken to Auburn Hospital for blood and urine testing.
