Emergency services are currently attending the scene of a crash in Sydney's west after an incident on the M7.
A truck driver has been seriously injured near the Lighthorse Interchange, and has been taken to Westmead Hospital.
Two other people have also been hospitalised with minor injuries.
Investigations are ongoing, with a salvage operation also underway.
The M7 has just re-opened at the time of writing, as all southbound lanes had been closed.
Traffic remains heavy and is queued for roughly six kilometres.
Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time.
