There are calls for safety reviews of Sydney's Centrepoint Tower after a second person has jumped from the tower this year.

The observation deck was set to reopen at 11am this morning, with the Skywalk tour to remain closed until further notice.

Emergency crews were called to the scene just after 7pm last night following reports that someone had jumped.

This comes after a woman died during a Skywalk tour in March this year, with new safety measures put in place as a consequence including replacing a full restraint belt with a full-body restraint harness.
