Another storm warning has been issued for the metropolitan area, just hours after a heavy downpour across Sydney.
Flash flooding is again expected, with large hailstones also a possibility.
The State Emergency Service is advising people to move their cars undercover, and stay indoors away from windows.
Storm drains should be avoided, and anyone travelling via bike or car is urged not to go through accumulated water on the roads.
Earlier, there was flash flooding across parts of Sydney, with social media showing a lot of water at Strathfield station.
