A Workshop To Empower Teenage Girls Is Happening In Sydney! Girls Who Glow

If you are looking for something for your kids to go to on the school holidays, look no further, because Girls Who Glow is what you need!

Girls Who Glow is an exciting workshop for 13 – 18 year old girls, empowering them to be their healthiest, happiest, best and brightest selves.

The workshop will focus on everything from nutrition, exercise, social media and body image, healthy relationships and mental health.

Girls who Glow is the brainchild of TV Presenters Liv Phyland and Teigan Nash, who decided to take action after being inundated with messages from young girls about anything from anxiety, depression, bullying, social media and body image, as well as many normal teenage challenges and insecurities.

After years of working in Kids TV, studying in the health industry, and trying to practice what they preach everyday, the girls, and their dream team of speakers, have set out to share their life philosophy with the youth of today.

After selling out around Australia in 2017, Girls Who Glow just couldn’t resist coming back to Sydney!
