Sour ale enthusiasts, we've found your new Sydney hangout right in the middle of Darlinghurst!
The Taphouse changed management in 2017 and since then, has undergone some pretty big changes.
The heritage-listed pub is currently under-going a major renovation and part of that, is the addition of a new bar called Odd Culture on the building's middle level!
Odd Culture is set to open in late July and will have one of the largest selections of sour and wild ales in Australia, alongside some minimal intervention wines!
Oh, did we mention that they'll be serving up some amazing cheese platters?!
The bar will feature eight taps of wild and sour ales and may also include a brand new beer that uses Taphouse exclusive yeast culture!
If you prefer a darker drink, Odd Culture has you covered there too with a selection of high-ABV beers that features some amazing imperial stouts, barley wines, and spiced meads.
As for the wine, the new bar will stock organic wines from Australian suppliers and man, they're tasty!
Catch you at Odd Culture next month!
