There's just under 2 months left to take advantage of a new deal to get your pet de-sexed at a great price.

“Operation Wanted”, a three month campaign kicked off June 1 with the Council and the South Burnett vets teaming up to offer 20% off the cost of the procedure.

Last year, it was estimated about 20,000 animals were de-sexed in Queensland during Operation Wanted.

The RSPCA is urging people to register now to take advantage of the discount.

You need to book your fur baby in before the end of August to be eligible for the discount.
