Lucky Escape for Woman Bitten by Deadly Snake

A Runnymede woman has had a lucky escape after she was bitten by an Eastern Brown snake on Friday.

The woman reportedly went outdoors to get something from the patio when she stood on the unwanted guest.

She was taken to the Kingaroy Hospital where she was admitted spending the night.

The bite thankfully turning out to not include any venom.
