Griffith City Council's Community Grant Fund has helped a number of projects throughout the community, from a bike riding program for local kids, to training for refugees, and improved amenities for volunteers.

Mayor John Dal Broi said it was good to see worthwhile applications received from community groups, organisations and individuals in line with Council's commitment to develop "a vibrant and diverse community".

These grants are invaluable because they allow groups to continue to support our community. Without this funding these organisations would not be able to deliver their service, project or event.

- Chair of the Communities Committee, Councillor Anne Napoli
